Property visit by Blueleaf lender – where property already identified (within 3 days from submission)

Term sheet delivered describing details of proposed construction financing and permanent end loan (where strategy is to hold). (Within 5 days from site visit)

Loan documents and funding ready to close (within 10 days of signed term sheet)

Weekly draws funded. Inspections by your lender. Draws submitted by Friday funded on the following Friday each week.
