• Term sheet delivered describing details of proposed construction financing and permanent end loan (where strategy is to hold). (Within 5 days from site visit)
  
  
• Loan documents and funding ready to close (within 10 days of signed term sheet)
  
  
• Weekly draws funded. Inspections by your lender. Draws submitted by Friday funded on the following Friday each week.
