You will often find Todd involved at a deep level in understanding projects and in developing relationships with Blueleaf’s clients. Todd received his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, is a Certified Managerial Accountant, and is the Co-CEO of Midwest Community Bank and the CEO of Blueleaf Lending.

Pete is the primary loan officer devoted to construction and rehabilitation financing. Not only does Pete bring tremendous value to the table as an experienced lender, but Pete understands the other side of the table and what it takes to enable success. Prior to becoming a lender, Pete was involved as an estimator and general contractor for more than 12 years in the remodeling and rehabilitation construction industry. In the past 5 years, Pete has successfully managed more than 200 remodeling and rehabilitation projects for his clients. Pete's driven to exceed expectations and deliver results. He's committed to helping investors develop and improve Chicago’s neighborhoods. His philosophy: "Be honest, be consistent, be responsive and treat people as you'd like to be treated." Pete practices this philosophy in his spare time as well. He is a dedicated volunteer at The Cara Program – providing others who are less fortunate with proper job training and life skills.
